Oh Craps! Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the Oh Craps! mobile apps on iOS and Android.

Data Stored on Your Device

Oh Craps! stores user-created strategy content locally on your device so you can create, edit, duplicate, delete, and manage strategies inside the app. This may include fields such as strategy name, buy-in, table minimum, steps, notes, credit, and strategy status metadata used by app features.

This local content is controlled by you and can be removed in-app by deleting your strategies.

Data Collection and Tracking

Oh Craps! does not use analytics SDKs, ad SDKs, tracking SDKs, or user account systems. The app does not collect personal data for advertising or profiling.

User-Initiated Sharing

The app includes user-initiated share features (for example, Share Strategy) that use the system sharing interfaces provided by iOS and Android. When you choose to share, strategy content is sent only to the destination app or service you select (such as Mail, Messages, AirDrop, WhatsApp, Save to Files, or Print).

Once content is shared to another app or service, that destination's privacy policy and terms apply.

Strategy Submission and Feedback Email

The app includes optional email-based flows for strategy submission and app feedback. If you choose to send email, the content you send (and related email metadata handled by your mail provider) is transmitted through your selected email service.

Oh Craps! does not automatically send strategy content or feedback without your explicit action.

Children's Privacy

Oh Craps! is intended as an informational reference and is not directed to children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Any external links in the app open in your system browser. External websites are governed by their own privacy policies.

Policy Updates

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect app changes or legal requirements. Updates will be posted at this URL.
